SAP ABAP Consultant​/Developer

SAP ABAP Consultant / Developer to support enterprise SAP implementation and enhancement programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in ABAP development
, object‑oriented programming, SAP integrations, and technical design. This role involves close coordination with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality SAP solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP ABAP technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows (RICEFW).
• Build and support ALV reports, Classical & Interactive reports, user exits, customer exits, BADI implementations, enhancement frameworks.
• Build and support Smart Forms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms.
• Build and support IDocs / RFC / BAPI / Proxy / Web services.
• Build and support BDC, LSMW, data conversions.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, etc.) for integrated technical delivery.
• Create technical design documents, unit test cases, and code review documentation.
• Perform performance tuning and debugging using SQL Trace (ST05), Runtime Analysis (SAT/SE30), Debugger.
• Support production issues, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing, go-live support, and post go‑live hypercare.
• Follow development standards and ensure quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with BASIS/security teams for transports and access requirements.

• 9–12 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in ABAP / OO ABAP;
  Enhancements (BADIs, User exits, Enhancement Framework);
  Interfaces (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE);
  Forms (Smart Forms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms);
  Reports (ALV, classical, interactive).
• Strong experience in debugging, performance tuning and code optimization.
• Experience working on SAP implementation/support projects (end‑to‑end lifecycle).
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA technical objects.
• Exposure to CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, Fiori, BTP integrations, PI/PO or CPI.
• Experience with Agile delivery models.
• Experience with SAP Workflow, BRF+, Output management.
