Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site entry-level HR role based in Normal, IL. The responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and administration of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes. The role will involve maintaining accurate staff records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and providing support for HR‑related inquiries. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with organizational policies and assisting in the smooth operation of daily HR activities.
Qualifications- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Proficiency in office software and HR tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
