Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Shared Services Coordinator provides frontline HR support to employees by answering questions, resolving requests, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. This role focuses on handling HR inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to employee questions related to benefits, payroll, HR policies, and people systems
• Manage employee requests from intake through resolution using HR case management tools
• Process basic HR transactions and maintain accurate documentation
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR partners when needed
• Support onboarding, job changes, and offboarding activities
• Meet service and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or customer support
• Experience using HR systems or ticketing tools (Workday, Service Now, iCIMS, or similar)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
• Professional judgment when handling sensitive information
