Seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse for Labor and Delivery in Normal, IL.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized care to laboring mothers and newborns during delivery and postpartum.
- Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs to ensure safety.
- Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
