Job SummaryThe student worker for Advancement and Foundation Prospect Research will assist with administrative and operational tasks that support operations and prospect research within University Advancement. Duties include updating donor information, running reports, providing administrative support for staff, and other tasks as needed.
Advancement and Foundation Operations comprises the following departments:
Prospect Research and Strategy, Donor Database Management, Gift Processing, Foundation Accounting, Donor Relations and Stewardship, and Fund Compliance. This position may assist in any of the areas as needed.

Required Qualifications- Attention to Detail:
Ability to focus on intricate aspects of a task or project to ensure thoroughness and accuracy. - Computer
Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Confidentiality:
Ability to maintain discretion with confidential donor and institutional information. - Communication:
Ability to use both written and verbal communication to converse with University Advancement staff, campus partners and donors. - Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate with University Advancement staff, campus partners and donors. - Willingness to learn:
Eagerness to learn about University Advancement and fundraising.
