Job Summary

This person works the front desk for the Office of the President. Duties include greeting visitors, answering the phone, scanning and filing confidential documents, distributing mail, prepping the conference room, and other duties as needed by the department.

Required Qualifications

For Spring 2026, applicants will need to be available Mondays and Fridays 12-1 p.m. for front‑desk coverage over the lunch hour. Applicants who are not available during those specific times will not be considered.

Work Hours

The Office of the President is open Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The specific work schedule during the academic year would be approximately 6–10 hours per week and would be based on the availability of all of our current student workers.
