• Ability to tune and optimize code and infrastructure.
• Ability to describe and apply various design patterns like MVC, Singleton, & Factory.
• Comfortable doing and receiving code reviews.
• Familiar with Git or a similar code versioning system.
• You know what TDD is and have actively used it.
• 6+ years using PHP or a similar language.
• 6+ years using SQL.
• 6+ years using Java script.
• 5+ years building websites.
• 5+ years experience with high-traffic websites.
• We will consider current Senior developers who are ready to make the jump, but you will need to have outstanding team skills.
