A community college in Virginia is seeking a TRADES/UTILITIES WORKER to perform skilled repair and maintenance tasks for the mechanical, structural, electrical, and plumbing components of buildings and grounds. This full-time position requires general technical knowledge of building maintenance and repair skills. Applicants must hold a valid Virginia drivers license. Experience in a higher education environment is a plus. Essential personnel will be needed to work during emergency closings.
