- Start your day by prepping and cleaning your Home Smiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
- Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments
- Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
- Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
- Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
- Perform services in a timely and professional manner
- Experience in operating pressure washing systems, installing gutter systems, inspecting HVAC or tank/tankless water heaters and minor plumbing/electrical tasks
- Prior experience in sales, door‑to‑door canvassing, or customer‑facing service roles with proven ability to upsell
- OSHA or trade certifications are a plus
- Military or veteran experience highly valued
