LIVunLtd is looking for a Service Technician and/or Service Apprentice to join our team. Service Technicians are leaders in the fitness industry and part of a skilled team that manages a schedule of jobs for demanding customers. As a Service Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment while delivering world‑class customer service and representing LIVunLtd professionally.
We also hire for our technician apprentice program in all of our service areas. We encourage all mechanically inclined individuals, with or without experience, to apply. Paid training is provided.
Base pay range$21.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Essential Responsibilities- Travel to client locations
- Inspect, calibrate, clean, and test fitness equipment during service contract visits
- Evaluate equipment for repair and prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote
- Complete repairs with ordered parts and test that the machine is back in full working order
- Communicate with customers profundidad concerning scheduling and equipment status
- Seek additional revenue opportunities from service/warranty work and preventive maintenance contracts on additional machines
- Seek incremental revenue opportunities for new equipment and fitness accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times
- Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy
- Complete vehicle maintenance needs as directed by the fleet operations manager
- Follow the Company Uniform Policy
- Be able to lift/move fitness equipment and parts up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and clear an MVR check
- Proficiency and working knowledge of computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, Wi‑Fi, email, and cell phone technology
The Service Technician position pays based on experience and location. All technicians are eligible for a competitive performance‑based bonus program. Detailed bonus information will be shared during the interview process.
