As Scientists having overseeing ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily property operating and appearing at its best.

• Use five-plus years of experience in property maintenance to address work orders and prevent arrancable problems.
• Utilize technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or CPO) to manage critical repairs.
• Lead by example: complete work orders, assist other technicians, and manage the Make-Ready board to keep turnover on schedule.
• Engage in constructive conversations with employees and residents to resolve issues and maintain safety.
• Apply EPA certification to handle chemicals safely and train the maintenance team on proper safety procedures and protocols.
• Maintain detailed project management and cost-effective solutions for repair and maintenance issues.

• Full‑time, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Occasional on‑call hours may be required.
• Maintain own tool kit; may use a company‑owned vehicle or personal vehicle as needed (valid driver’s license required).

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum four years of relevant work experience (property management or hospitality) with at least one year supervising at least two employees.
• Technical degree or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical (S1 or S2 HVAC highly desirable).
• Experience in general building maintenance, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or painting in vertical or commercial settings.
• Proficiency with HVAC system maintenance.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license.

• Work hours:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with scheduled on‑call hours and occasional weekends.
• Travel: occasional driving of company or personal vehicle.
• Work environment: lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally; use hand tools; stand, walk, climb stairs, ladders, stoop, kne timest; able to work in various weather conditions.
