Lead Bath Installer

In this role, you will oversee the installation process of our premium bath products while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the installation of acrylic baths and showers.
* Supervise and train apprentices and junior installers on best practices.
* Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
* Ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and building codes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Conduct post-installation checks and ensure customer satisfaction.
