• Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $25 per hour

• Build independence and relationships, owning routes and delivering top‑tier service.
• Preparing specific materials for each customer.
• Communicating arrival and greeting customers professionally.
• Performing pest control services with care and thoroughness.
• Providing detailed notes on each service and offering recommendations.
• Continuing to the next customer with energy and focus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Build positive relationships.
• Effectively communicate the value of services to customers.
• Eagerness to learn and analyse pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action.
• Learn/follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions/products.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and authorised to work in the US.

• Experience in manual labour, service routes, or outdoor work.
• Proven ability to connect with people through face‑to‑face service visits.
• Current pest‑control licence or previous experience with pesticides.
• Desire to learn and develop as a leader.
• Independent attitude with willingness to take initiative.
