Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a tech, media, and/or telecom location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, as required by post orders.;
Monitor and report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations; document observations in daily activity reports and incident reports per site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.;
Control access points when assigned, including verifying identification, managing visitor check-in, and/or directing deliveries and service providers according to site procedures.
