Security Officer - Flex Mall Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and/or mall location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior public areas, exterior sidewalks, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or policy concerns.;
Monitor entrances and high-traffic areas, observe for suspicious behavior, and assist with access control as directed by post orders and site management.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, alarms, and/or suspicious activity; coordinate with on-site staff and public responders as needed.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.
