Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and established reporting protocols;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, gates, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Control access at designated entrances by verifying identification and/or authorization, directing visitors to appropriate checkpoints, and documenting entries and exits as required;
Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
