Fencing Sales Representative Outside Sales Represenative
Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated Fencing Sales Representative to generate and close fencing projects across commercial, residential, and agricultural markets. This is a commission-only, 1099 position with uncapped earning potential
. Prior fencing experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate who brings hustle, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and self-sourcing
- Meet with customers to assess fencing needs and provide accurate estimates
- Sell fencing solutions, including residential, commercial, and agricultural projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, contractors, and businesses
- Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Sales experience preferred (construction or fencing experience is a big plus)
- Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-based role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with grit and grind
- Organized, reliable, and accountable for your results
- Ability to learn products, pricing, and estimating quickly
- Uncapped commission – your income is only limited by your effort
- Flexible schedule and independence as a 1099 contractor
