Fencing Sales Representative Outside Sales Represenative

Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Fencing Sales Representative to generate and close fencing projects across commercial, residential, and agricultural markets. This is a commission-only, 1099 position with uncapped earning potential
. Prior fencing experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate who brings hustle, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and self-sourcing
• Meet with customers to assess fencing needs and provide accurate estimates
• Sell fencing solutions, including residential, commercial, and agricultural projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, contractors, and businesses
• Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

• Sales experience preferred (construction or fencing experience is a big plus)
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-based role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with grit and grind
• Organized, reliable, and accountable for your results
• Ability to learn products, pricing, and estimating quickly
