We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to join our team at Zales Outlet - Norfolk Premium Outlets - Norfolk, VA. As a part of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers.
Your role will include engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information regarding features and benefits of products, and providing information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
To be successful in this role, you should have a desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives, strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience, and flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
