We're looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to create an engaging shopping experience. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and ensure the store's visual appeal, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor
• Processing sales transactions and promoting additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Communicating fashion and music trends to management and HQ
• Working with store management to prevent theft and misuse of spells (metaphorically)
• Keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Working collaboratively with team members
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Leader

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
