The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals.

• Client & Service Expert:
  Achieve individual sales goals and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate kate spade experience and developing personal connections with guests using effective selling skills.
• Leadership Presence:
  Achieve personal sales goals and maintain extensive product knowledge; partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate in-store business-driving events.
• Building Brand Equity:
  Understand and communicate the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers; build strong client relationships as a brand ambassador; relay client feedback to management to improve service and sales.
• Operational Excellence:
  Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting funds, deposits, opening/closing registers, and securing the facility.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends; standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders.

Base Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 hourly.
