• Serve menu items to guests promptly and courteously, according to the banquet event order; coordinate the timing of courses with guest dining pace.
• Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including setup and condiments.
• Clear tables after service, removing trays of dishes, silverware, and glassware to the kitchen.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally to ensure satisfaction; notify supervisors of any issues.
• Properly store all reusable goods.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces and meal plating as needed.

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Food service experience and knowledge of banquet operations.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Mobility in event areas.
• Ability to handle objects and perform bending, stooping, kneeling.
• Adaptability to climate temperature changes.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Valid alcohol or food handler certification as required by local regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and writing for order taking and paperwork.
