Oak View Group - Norfolk Tides (Harbor Park) [Kitchen Supervisor / Cook] As an Executive Chef at Oak View Group, you'll:
Manage, develop and mentor staff of 20 full-time and part time culinary employees;
Control labor costs through effective scheduling of kitchen staff, cross-training and development of employees;
Supervise all line set-up, prep and breakdown activities;
Coordinate the delivery and set-up of catered services and food service areas as needed;
Monitor production of food preparation ensuring recipe specifications, portion controls and kitchen timings are met.
