Job Description
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. You will be responsible for hands‑on quality assurance using micrometers, calipers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Additionally, you will document reports, handle GD&T, conduct internal quality audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct hands‑on quality assurance using micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
- Document quality reports and maintain accurate records.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
- Perform internal quality audits to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
- Experience in quality control and document control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring parts and inspections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Technical CNC training courses preferred.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of CNC machining terms.

This is a Permanent position based out of Norfolk, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $62,000.00/hr.
