Schedule:

5/40 – Monday through Friday

• Perform Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) weld inspections.
• Perform welding inspections per NAVSEA and AWS standards.
• Oversee NDT resources across multiple facilities, providing support to sub-contract vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Perform inspections of work areas and other quality assessments.
• Review and finalize records at the conclusion of each work package for storage.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) of welds, preferably with NAVSEA experience.
• Proficient use of weld inspection tools, including weld gauges, NDT equipment, and micrometers.
• ASNT Level II certification in Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) or the ability to obtain it.
• Capable of interpreting technical data, blueprints, and specifications.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance required.

• Experience with Costpoint or similar ERP system a plus.
• NBPI and NACE certifications preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while promoting change within the organization.
