Located in the picturesque Norwich, just half an hour from the coast and near the Norfolk Broads, this well‑established practice has been owned by the current owners for over 20 years. The team is composed of experienced professionals, including certificate holders in surgery and ophthalmology, who handle a diverse caseload with clinical freedom. State‑of‑the‑art facilities include ultrasound, digital x‑ray, endoscopy, and a full in‑house lab, ensuring you have all the tools needed to provide top‑tier care.

There is a commitment to improving the work‑life balance and mental health of the team. A mental health first aider has been appointed and the practice follows the BVA good workplace guide. Continuous professional development (CPD) is encouraged with generous support offered for further training, including certificates and management training. For the right candidate, future opportunities as a Clinical Director or partner may be available.

As a Weekend Veterinary Surgeon, you will work 15 hours each week, from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and 10:30 am to 4:30 pm on Sundays. This role can be tailored to a consult‑only position with no sole charge required. Flexibility is available and a Saturday‑only schedule will be considered for the right candidate. Importantly, there are no out‑of‑hours duties.

• Competitive salary ranging from £48,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience/pro rata)
