SeaEO Luxury Boat Charters is seeking experienced and passionate USCG Licensed Captains to join our Virginia team for the 2025 season and beyond. Based in the Hampton Roads area, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and surrounding waterways, we offer private luxury charters ranging from bachelorette parties and family outings to romantic sunset cruises.
We’re looking for not just skilled captains, but the kind of person clients remember – someone who’s warm, personable, and genuinely enjoys being out on the water with others. Whether you’re chatting with guests or ensuring a smooth ride, you know how to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and fun.
Captains operate on a flexible, independent contractor basis with charters running 7 days a week, 6 AM–11 PM, depending on booking demand. You’ll be at the helm of high-end, prepped vessels, ensuring smooth operation, safety, and a memorable client experience on the water.
Requirements:
Valid USCG OUPV (6-Pack) or Master Captain’s License
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience navigating local waters preferred
Punctuality, professionalism, and a strong safety-first mindset
