Responsibilities- Provide overall nursing supervision for the facility
- Supports staff in maintaining high standards of care
- Ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Promote quality patient care and staff productivity
- Provides leadership and support during urgent or complex clinical situations
