Job DescriptionA well-respected hospital near Norfolk, NE is seeking a Surgery Nurse Manager to join their growing team! Sign on Bonus! Relocation assistance!
Pay Range: $38-$49/ hr (based on experience)
Surgery Nurse Manager Opportunity- Full-time, permanent hire
- Schedule:
Day Shift - Surgery Nurse Manager eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance available!

- Oversees daily surgical unit operations, staffing, and patient care to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Leads and supports surgical nursing staff through scheduling, performance management, and clinical practice standards.
- RN Circulator must have unrestricted NE or Compact License
- Current BLS and ACLS
- 3 years of Operating Room experience required
- 1 year of supervising experience required
- CNOR preferred, but not required
