Marketing Director

Overview

We're partnering with our client to hire a Marketing Director to help drive growth, elevate the firm's brand, and work closely with leadership and practice groups. 🚀 This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution - shaping marketing vision while staying actively involved in communications, business development, and client engagement.

• Lead firmwide marketing, business development, and communications initiatives
• Own multi-channel campaigns across website, social media, client communications, advertising, and sponsor ships
• Support proposals and RFPs while partnering with attorneys on individual business development strategies
• Plan and execute high-impact marketing, networking, and business development events

• 5+ years of marketing and business development experience in legal or professional services
• A strong communicator with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A creative, collaborative professional with a strong service mentality
