Overview

Project Manager, Principal – Full‑Time/Regular.

Location:

Norfolk, VA.
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Travel Requirements:

WR has an opportunity for a Project Manager, Principal to manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

• Manage complex, high‑risk, and/or strategically significant projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Identify project requirements, develop project plans, and establish risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop cost estimates and prepare quotes and/or proposals in response to RFQs and RFPs.
• Participate in proposal development for large, complex, or new project initiatives.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fifteen (15)+ years of relevant experience, including managing complex and high‑risk projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
