Overview
Project Manager, Principal – Full‑Time/Regular.
Location:
Norfolk, VA.
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

WR has an opportunity for a Project Manager, Principal to manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements.
Position Responsibilities- Manage complex, high‑risk, and/or strategically significant projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Identify project requirements, develop project plans, and establish risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop cost estimates and prepare quotes and/or proposals in response to RFQs and RFPs.
- Participate in proposal development for large, complex, or new project initiatives.
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fifteen (15)+ years of relevant experience, including managing complex and high‑risk projects.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
