As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will lead three H&R Block tax offices, guiding customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. You will be responsible for leadership, associate development, client experience, and achieving growth objectives across all offices. Prior tax experience is not required.
The role starts with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall, transitioning to full-time from January to April, including evenings and weekends. This role requires in-person work, not remote.
Preferred candidates will have multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries. Key responsibilities include managing staffing, operations, logistics, partnering with the District General Manager on growth plans, recruiting, conducting performance reviews, coaching, leading meetings, scheduling, and preparing tax returns upon completion of relevant training.
Ideal candidates will have strong people management skills, decision-making ability, interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a relevant educational background. Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course is preferred.
