Project Manager Virginia Area

Description

• Any other project related issues including safety
• Generate project equipment and material lists for warehouse manager
• Support projects;
  Line out supervisor, research and attain specialty equipment needed for project, and communicate daily with crew to keep project on track
• Train crews on proper use and care of equipment
• Project safety; ensure project is compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and provide all necessary PPE
• Haul jobsite trailers when necessary
• Conduct safety inspections at job sites
• Enforce all company policies and require all sub contractors to abide by them as well
• Investigate all accidents and ensure reports are filled out by Supervisors and turned in before the work shift ends
• Arrange safety training for workers and supervisors as needed for project(s)
• Complete project designs for projects when necessary
• Jobsite visits to verify scope of work that we bid is completed and assess if change orders are needed with client
• Instruct Supervisors on maintaining safety and cleanliness of work site and equipment used
• Operate company vehicles, equipment & tools when needed
• Delegate tasks to supervisors in order to accomplish schedule milestones
• Communicate with clients / GCs on projects
• Hold safety meetings when onsite with the crew
• Helping with completion, scheduling, training, budget & safety issues
• Anything else needed to move the company forward
