** Priority Ford in Norfolk is looking for a driven, experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our high-volume collision center. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to run an efficient shop, deliver top-tier customer service, and keep techs motivated and productive, this is the opportunity for you.###
** What You’ll Do
*** Oversee daily operations of a busy collision repair center
* Lead and develop technicians, estimators, and support staff
* Manage workflow, repair quality, and cycle times
* Ensure proper estimating, parts ordering, and repair planning
* Build strong relationships with customers and insurance partners
* Maintain safety, compliance, and top-tier CSI
* Drive profitability while delivering exceptional repairs###
** What We’re Looking For
*** Proven experience running or assisting in running a collision/body shop
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of DRP relationships, estimating systems, and repair processes
* Ability to manage throughput, productivity, and quality
* Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency
