Compensation Range: $17.75 - $18.64 per hour (determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location). Actual pay may vary.

What You Will Do:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
- Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
- Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
- Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.
