This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance located in Norfolk, VA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, handling repairs, and ensuring the proper operation of various systems and equipment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to maintain facilities in optimal condition.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving mechanical and technical issues
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance
• Physical capability to perform hands‑on repair work in an on‑site environment
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with maintenance standards
• Knowledge and experience with pneumatic HVAC Systems
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• High school diploma or GED is required; technical certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
