Salary $100,000 - $140,000 per year

• Lead and review complex income tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and a diverse client base.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach tax staff, including managing project schedules and team development.
• Conduct technical tax research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying planning and advisory opportunities.
• Play an active role in maintaining service quality and supporting business development efforts.
