Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with library directors and municipal leaders, providing technology advice Oversee IT operations, ensuring stability and security of systems supporting library services Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions to support organizational needs
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing technical teams
Experience with municipal organizations and public institutions preferred Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
