Objective. Responsive. Trusted. The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues. SPAs NATO Allied Command Transformation Group within JOID provides capability development, portfolio management, program management, quality management, cost estimation analysis, standardization, reporting, software solutions and information management, and capability management support.

We also provide an improved capability requirements capture process, including the generation, documentation and tracing of user requirements, with appropriate technical scrutiny, over the entire lifecycle of the requirements from capability definition through capability realization and capability usage. We have an immediate need for a Security Architecture Analyst to provide onsite support out of NATO Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia.

#DICE Responsibilities The Security Architecture Analyst will engage with stakeholders including NATO Headquarters bodies such as the Information and Communications Technology Office and NATO Office of Security (NOS) including, on as required basis, attendance at the NATO Security Accreditation Board (NSAB). This work will be critical to the broader effort to implement NATO's Digital Backbone ensuring coherence of the CS capability across the large number of capability areas and programs that will constitute the Backbone.

The candidate will perform management of security aspects of CIS programs (including projects), typically involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The candidate will define, document, and carry out security aspects within programs and projects (typically greater than six months with strategic impact) in a diverse team environment, actively participating in all phases.

They will identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the program from the security perspective. They will manage agreement in the security approach with stakeholders and prepare the security inputs to plans (including input to budget, quality, risk, and communications plans). Where specific security projects are initiated, activities are tracked against the schedule and stakeholder involvement and managed as appropriate.

The candidate will monitor costs, timescales, and resources used, and take action where any security projects deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that own projects within a program are formally closed and that lessons learned are addressed. Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of function-related experience OR a Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 4+ years of post-related experience.
* Demonstrable practical experience in programs on security design and/or implementation of CIS/ICT typically involving business change through an architectural approach within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
* The Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) awarded Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) qualification or equivalent recognized qualifications acceptable to…
