Senior Technical Writer

The Senior Technical Writer will provide expert-level technical writing, editorial support, and project lifecycle management to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality publications and communications. This role requires guiding technical experts through established processes, ensuring compliance with standards, accessibility requirements, and operational objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and review publications, including TTPs, Annual Safety Report, newsletters, fact sheets, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Conduct initial research and analysis to inform the customer on guidance documents and communications.
• Track timelines, organize documentation, and maintain alignment with policies.
• Perform quality assurance checks and facilitate meetings and work groups.
• Manage libraries and resources.
• Assist in technical editing of training-related materials and produce promotional products such as infographics.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical writing and editing for complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of compliance, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work with technical experts and stakeholders.
