Day-to-DayInsight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to support campus-wide IT services at a leading diversified industrial technology university. This role provides hands‑on technical support to faculty, staff and students, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple support channels.
The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving technical issues through ticketing systems (TDX), walk‑in support, phone calls, emails and meetings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop and PC setups, and assisting with Spartan Gaming Network field deployments.
This role also requires frequent documentation of IT processes, SOPs and training materials, as well as performing basic hardware installations and maintenance across campus. Commonly used systems and tools include Active Directory, Service Now, Intune and internal standard operating procedures and training resources.

High school Diploma - Experience:
3-4 years of experience within Desktop support / IT help desk
Technical
Skills:
- Experience with: TDX, Active directory, Service now, Wireless networks, Intune
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, willing to learn/be trained, great work ethic
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Skills:
- Desktop Support within medical, education or military background
- Previous experience with gaming network
