• Implement ADP’s General Ledger (GL) interface and GL‑related integration solutions in line with client expectations and ADP guidelines.
• Support a variety of implementation scenarios including adding features, transfers, and migrations for moderately complex clients.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and lead the workflow of the group.
• Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize GL configurations and product upgrades.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client‑defined time frames.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions with minimal procedural direction.
• Collaborate with departments to load and convert client data to ADP solutions.
• Work within ADP’s implementation methodology and timeliness using technology tools.
• Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client setup.
• Remain engaged with the client throughout implementation until GL solutions are operational.
• Interact with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Exchange routine information with client project teams.
• Maintain and expand knowledge on implementation best practices and ADP products.
• Provide input to management on process improvement and product enhancements.
• Coach and mentor less‑experienced implementation consultants.
• Use influence to help clients address and analyze their needs.

• 3+ years of experience in a business‑to‑business client service or systems integration environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• General Ledger and accounting knowledge and work experience.
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
