A technology services provider is seeking an IT Customer Support Specialist to offer technical support and installation services to the Department of Navy's Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force. This position requires a minimum of 3 years' customer service experience, proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11, and an active Secret security clearance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and must be a U.S. citizen.
This role is based on-site in Norfolk, VA.
