Ideal Candidate Profile
A senior project and service management professional with deep experience implementing large-scale IT service management frameworks (ITIL/ISO 20000), leading multinational teams, managing technical transitions, and delivering documentation aligned with NATO and NCIA standards. The ideal candidate excels in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, able to drive certification efforts, manage risks, develop KPIs, and support integration of modernized capabilities into the ESOC environment.
RequirementsPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, implement, and manage assigned projects in alignment with NATO regulations and NCIA PM policies.
- Deliver projects within defined Time, Cost, and Quality tolerances.
- Support integration of new and modernized capabilities into ESOC.
- Conduct technical support activities and participate in all PM lifecycle tasks.
Service Management
- Provide SME-level support for ESOC service management alignment with NCIA Service Management System.
- Create, coordinate, and publish service documentation ensuring proper integration with existing frameworks.
- Support ISO/IEC 20000 certification by coordinating activities across all stages.
- Support daily service management tasks and related initiatives.
Additional Requirements
- Travel to NATO locations as required (travel not reimbursed; included in bid rate).
- Fulfill 1,672 hours between start date (19 JAN 2026) and 31 DEC 2026.
Required Experience & Education
- Nationality of one of the NATO member countries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- 8+ years
Project Management experience. - 5+ years
Service Management experience (Transition, Operation, CSI). - Valid certification:
PRINCE2
(or similar). - Valid certification:
ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000
. - Experience with Service Now, configuration mgmt, and quality mgmt.
- Experience developing KPIs/metrics and business planning (budgets, submissions).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP/Oracle financial tools.
- Experience working in multinational military/civilian environments.
- Strong briefing, communication, and leadership skills.
