IT Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Project Coordinator to support the Director of Cloud, Development Operations, and AI Research. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating impactful presentations and reports. You’ll contribute to minor project planning, assist with documentation, and help bring ideas to life through visual and written content.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project planning roadmaps
• Support the Director with documentation, meeting notes, and follow-ups
• Create visually engaging content using PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools
• Help organize and track minor project milestones and deliverables
• Conduct basic research on emerging technologies and AI trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and present information
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

• Interest in technology, cloud computing, Dev Ops, or AI research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2-5 years of experience with applications like Canva and Figma
• PowerPoint and basic design principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One Note)

• Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
• Interest in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Interest or coursework in AI, machine learning, or data science
