Overview

Chief Systems Analyst for NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) contract support. Provide senior technical oversight and complex analysis leadership to guide the development and integration of emerging technologies to support NATO force design and strategic decision making.

Location:

Norfolk, VA

• Lead teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced technology systems to meet organizational objectives.
• Act as a strategic leader to drive technological innovation and efficiency across the organization.
• Lead the evaluation and design of new and improved information systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage large-scale projects, oversee junior analysts, and implement the overall technology vision from initial concept to successful deployment.
• Conduct analyses of costs and benefits for proposed system upgrades and new technologies.

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
• 8 years of complex systems analysis experience.
• Deep understanding of information systems, software development, and emerging technologies.
• Defense transformation and modernization experience.
• Published research in relevant technical areas.
• Strategic planning and concept development experience.
• Certification such as Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA is highly desirable.
