Are you a tech-savvy professional with a knack for managing enterprise applications? As Sharepoint Specialist, you wi ll be the backbone of our Sharepoint operations, ensuring our applications run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will not only manage and maintain Sharepoint but also transition current workflows into the Power Automate platform, to ensure our applications continue to drive our business forward.

Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to provid e level 2 or 3 application support for enterprise applications .

The Hampton Roads Connector Partners JV (HRCP) consisting of Flatiron, Dragados USA and VINCI has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project –the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

The project scope across a 9 mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for the configuration, user set up, training and maintenance of standard enterprise applications used by Flatiron divisions such as but not limited to:
    Primavera P6, HCSS Heavy Job, Cornerstone CMS, iCIMS, Procore, Microsoft SharePoint and additional applications used by the company.
  • Administers day-to-day activities for specified software packages.
  • Fields incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues within workstations, servers, databases, and other mission-critical systems.
  • Communicates application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including IT management, development team, department heads and end users. Develops application specific strategies to address root cause of issues correlated to problem tickets.
  • Schedules, and administers all instances where software enhancements and defect resolution as required.
  • Maintains a prioritized list of departmental application training needs and objectives.
  • Acts as subject matter expert (SME) for several construction applications and supporting processes.
  • Participates in the design, development, and delivery of software applications training programs and individual instruction.
  • Prepares user/technical documentation and training materials as required.
  • Defines and performs preventative maintenance and monitoring of software, including the installation of service packs, patches and hot fixes.
  • Tracks licensed users of applications to assist with annual licensing and maintenance of software.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
  • Support published corporate policies.
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field from an accredited institution preferred.
  • 3+ years related experience supporting enterprise applications required.
  • Experience in construction related field a plus.
  • Beginner knowledge of the process that support the applications within scope of responsibility.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows server configuration and networking skills, active directory administration, and TCP/IP, Microsoft SharePoint, IIS
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of client/server enterprise applications, Remote Desktop technologies and web based applications
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows server configuration, networking skills and Active Directory administration
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting
  • Working knowledge of SaaS solutions and Hosting environments
