- Track sourcing effectiveness, response rates, and pipeline progress; adjust strategies as needed.
- Partner closely with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities and timelines.
- Support employer branding efforts through professional and consistent candidate communication.
- Stay current on labor market trends, sourcing tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support, with a primary focus on passive candidate sourcing.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an in-house / corporate talent acquisition team.
- Advanced experience with sourcing strategies such as Boolean search, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and CRM tools used for talent pipelining and tracking.
- Experience supporting high‑volume or geographically dispersed hiring needs.
- Knowledge of employment branding and candidate experience best practices.
