Breakfast Attendant

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast, greet guests, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Provide personalized service to guests.

Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards.

Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.

Prepare items such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices.

Stock coffee, juice, and milk dispensers.

Arrange serving dishes, utensils, and paper products.

Set out cold foods like pastries and cereals.

Clear and clean tables and the breakfast area.

Prepare hot food items and follow menu standards.

Maintain cleanliness, including spills and trash removal.

Restock items and wash equipment as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail.
