Overview

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with seventeen locations across seven states. We provide an evidence-based clinical curriculum and highly individualized care across detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services. We are seeking a talented, passionate clinician to join our team as a Clinical Program Manager for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in Norfolk, VA.

Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our newest facility in Norfolk, VA.

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

• Master’s degree (or higher) in a related field preferred
• 5 years’ supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings preferred; 3 years’ experience with chemical dependency/ dual-diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as a clinical director in Virginia (LPC, LSATP, LCSW)
