Reports to the Mental Health Therapy Manager and designated Clinical Supervisor.

• Triages and schedules referrals for mental health service line.
• Inputs referrals to database and tracks referrals.
• May provide evidence based mental health services and clinical interventions under direct supervision.
• Facilitates comprehensive care management as related to bio‑psychosocial components of illness, trauma, and disability.
• Assists clinicians with case management as requested.
• Facilitates admission to inpatient psychiatric facilities as well as referral to outpatient mental health.
• Completes follow up surveys as directed for the mental health program.
• Maintains required records, statistics, and reports.
• Participates in weekly didactic, staff, and supervision meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Licensed eligible for LCSW or LPC.

• Successful completion of Master’s program from an accredited university with a degree that is licensed eligible for LCSW or LPC.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills necessary.
• Ability to work as a multidisciplinary team member.
• Increased Security Clearance Required for Job Role s in Medical Tower II: FBI fingerprinting, criminal background check, and Child Protective Services registry search.

Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
